Refund Policy

Sumaer Gurm (trading as "AutoClient") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@autoclient.app and we will arrange it for you.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days. Refunds are also covered by the Paddle refund policy.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
