Refund Policy

Sumaer Gurm (trading as "AutoClient") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@autoclient.app from the address on your account, with your order date and the plan you purchased. We reply to every refund request within two business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by us through Stripe, our payment processor, and returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
